Surfers Paradise is a bright medium blue creme. It's very pigmented and applied easily, two coats were enough to obtain full opacity.
This was sent to me by a friend from Norway.
I applied a coat of Holo Blast to make it more beautiful.
And finally I stamped using the plate BM412 from Bundle Monster and Konad black special polish.
This has been one of my favorite designs from Bundle Monster.
