Hello!
Today I have for you swatches of the Essie Gorgeous Geode collection. I bought this collection at 8ty8 Beauty
(I am not affiliated with 8ty8 or Essie.)
Stop Look and Glisten
You Are a Gem
Semi-precious Tones
Rock Your World
Gorge-ous Geodes
Of Quartz
I'm in love with this collection, these polishes applied smoothly and evenly. The linear holo effect is very prominent even in the shadow.
I used two coats of each plus a top coat.
Thank you very much for stopping by!
That's it for now!
Carolina.
"I have enough nail polishes..." - Said no one ever.

Happy National Coffee Day!
Hello loves!
Happy National Coffee Day!!
How could I not dedicate this mani to the thing I need every morning. I love a dark roast cup of coffee with a little bit of milk or hazelnut flavor creme.
My cup of coffee is my power up to start the day.
For this design I used Essie Taj-Ma-Haul and stamped using my orange polish I made for Halloween Chimera and the plate 4-01 from ÜberChic Beauty. I also used the plate Coffee Addict and Mundo de Uñas brown stamping polish.
How do you like your coffee?

Essie Resort 2016, Swatches and Review.
Hello!
I've been blogging for almost six years now and I think this is the first time I've reviewed an entire collection from Essie.
Since I saw swatches of these India inspired polishes, I've been in love with every single shade. That's why I went ahead and ordered the quart from Nailsupplies.us, I paid $4.25 for each bottle.
Now onto the swatches.
Going Guru, is a mint green creme with an amazing formula.
What do you think of this collection? I know, the shades are not unique but what I love about them is that every single one has a perfect formula.
My favorites are Taj-Ma-Haul and Nama-Stay the Night.
This collection will be heading to stores this month.
Thank you for stopping by!

Essie Retro Revival - Starry Starry Night
Hello!
Starry Starry Night polish was originally released in 1997 and after that became very hard to find. Bottles of it online commanded prices upwards of $700.
When I heard that Essie was bringing it back along with other shades I got excited and ended up ordering it online.
I bought mine for $4.25 at Nail Supplies.
Starry Starry Night is a jelly navy blue base packed with silver hexagonal micro glitter. The formula wasn't the best as it was thick and goopy. I needed three coats to obtain opacity,
I'm a bit disappointed on this polish, I've read that the formula is not the same as the original. You can find some comparison images online.
Do you own the original SSN or planing on getting this one? This is a pretty shade but at this time there a lot of dupes with better formulas.
Thank you for reading!

Essie Jump In My Jumpsuit
Hello hello!!
First of all Happy New Year, I hope you all had a good time during the Holidays, mine was very busy mixing polishes, packing orders, swatching, etc.
But well, I'm back and one of my New Year's resolution was to post at least twice a week, so let's see, I'll try my best to do it.
Today I have for you this amazing shade from the Essie's Winter Collection 2014. Jump In My Jumpsuit is a red berry creme with a perfect formula. I applied two easy coats but it could be done in one.
I stamped two designs from the plate ÜC 6-01 from ÜberChic using the Holographic stamping polish To Have And To Holo from MPolish.
Thank you so much for stoping by and have a lovely weekend.

Essie Peach Side Babe, Summer 2015
Hi Beauties!
Today I would like to share with you this new collection from Essie, The Peach Side Babe consists of six shades and only one of them has a subtle shimmer to it.
I bought these online (transdesign.com) for $4.25 each plus shipping.
Private Weekend is a white creme with silver shimmer, unfortunately the shimmer is not visible on the nails. This has the worst formula from the collection, it applied patchy and streaky, I used three coats.
Chillato is a soft lime green with a hint a yellow to it. The formula on this was okay, I needed three coats to obtain even opacity.
Salt Water Happy is a dusky light blue, it has a periwinkle undertone. This applied smoothly and was opaque in two coats.
Pret-A-Surfer is a gorgeous periwinkle blue. This has an amazing formula, I applied two coats.
Peach Side Babe is my favorite from the collection, I finally found a peachy shade that suits my skin tone. This was completely opaque in two coats.
Sunset Sneaks is another beautiful polish, this is a bright warm red with a touch of pink in it. This is two coats.
I liked this collection a lot, even the white with a streaky formula is pretty. I don't usually buy collections from Essie but this time I'm so happy I did.
My favorites are Peach Side Babe, Salt Water happy and Sunset Sneaks.
Thank you very much for reading my blog today!
