Today I have for you The Girls Are Out from the Essie Summer 2013 collection.
The Girls Are Out is a medium purple with a very subtle shimmer. This applied very well, the formula on this was excellent. I needed two easy coats to obtain full opacity.
To create this design I used Scotch tape, black and white creme polishes and stripping tape.
