White Owl Lacquers - Come To Me

Hello everyone!
This is Come To Me from White Owl Lacquers and it's part of the wonderful "Heightened Emotions" Collection created by Mara from Mara In Polishland.
Come To Me is a jelly milky base with different size and shapes of matte blue glitter and pink dots.

I applied two easy coats over white, the formula on this was great.
