This January, Hello Kitty by OPI celebrates all things happy, cute, colorful and sweet with 12 limited-edition nail lacquers and matching GelColor shades in sweet and glittering pinks, bright reds, shimmering white shades, and more, for a limited time.
The Hello Kitty by OPI collection retails for $9.50 each ($11.50 CAN) and will be available at professional salons, ULTA, Ulta.com, Beauty Brands, beautybrands.com, Chatters, Dillard’s, and Regis.
