This nail polish was on my "Wish List" for a very long time, this was created back in 2009 in collaboration with the Beverly Hills celebrity makeup artist Damone Roberts.
OPI's "Damone Roberts 1968" Nail Polish was created by OPI in 2009 to celebrate the brand...Damone Roberts. The color was matched directly from our Beverly Hills & New York Salon walls in an effort to bring the unique pistachio tone, described by Damone himself as "a different green with undertones of a soft grey, and a warm brown that works well on every skin tone".
Damone Roberts 1968 is a gorgeous an unique shade, it's a creme dusty pistachio green with brown and gray undertones. The formula on this polish is amazing, it applied smoothly and was completely opaque in two easy coats.
I wanted to add a delicate design to this shade and stamped using the plates Pueen 26/27, I used Barry M Silver Foil.
I'm more than happy that I chose to buy this polish, it was $20 at Damone Robert's website and the shipping was free. This is a limited edition shade and it would be a great addition to any collection.
What do you think of this nail polish? Do you own it?
Thank you very much for reading!
Carolina ♥
