Hello everyone!Today I have for you another beauty from Loaded Lacquer, this is 40 Below, an icy blue sheer base
packed with light blue dots, iridescent hex and square, matte white hex, transparent white hex and blue holographic micro-glitter.
I added one coat over a gradient I did using OPI Alpine Snow and Bettina Grape.
I stamped using the plate W222 from Winstonia and Konad Black, the pink polish is Morning Glory by Cult Nails.
