Hello!!

OPI came out this year with 18 new limited edition holiday nail lacquers inspired by recording artist and international superstar Mariah Carey. This seasonal promotion includes an assortment of red, burgundy, maroon and chocolate brown hues, along with glitter-packed gold, bronze and pearl shades. Mariah Carey Holiday also features six new Liquid Sand™ lacquers, ranging from icy blue to frosted pink to sparkling graphite. Each of theLiquid Sand shades showcases OPI’s groundbreaking technology for a textured, matte finish infused with reflective sparkle.  

I divided the swatches in three groups, these are the shimmers and glitters.

Ski Slope Sweetie

Sheer shimmery white . Three coats

Wonderous Star

Gold-flecked shimmer with small black glitter. Two coats.

My Favorite Ornament
Champagne gold glitter. Two coats.

All Sparkly And Gold
Gold micro glitter. Two coats.

Warm Me Up
Medium shimmery brown. Two coats.

I Snow You Love Me
Large holographic round glitter in clear base. This glitter needs to be picked up and placed onto the nail. I used a toothpick to fish the glitter from the brush. It's a stunning glitter and I love it. It dries flat and has a kind of 3D effect on the nail.

All I Want For Christmas (Is OPI)
Medium red with a maroon undertone. Two coats.

In My Santa Suit
A shimmery red. Two coats.

Underneath The Mistletoe
Jelly candy apple red packed with micro holo red glitter. Two coats.

Cute Little Vixen
shimmery deep red violet. Two coats.

Sleigh Ride For Two
Shimmery dark chocolate burgundy. Two coats.

Visions Of Love
Dark burgundy-maroon. Two coats

The Liquid Sand
These are my favorites, I love how sparkly the textured shades are. These were opaque in two coats.

Make Him Mine
Rose matte with gold glitter.

Baby Please Come Home
Medium lilac.

Kiss Me At Midnight
Bright blue with silver glitter.

Silent Stars Go By
Sparkly champagne-pink.

It's Frosty Outside
Silver matte micro glitter with small silver glitter in it.

Emotions
Black jelly textured shade with small black glitter.

Overall, I think this is a great collection,, I wish they had included a green shade and another blue.
Kiss Me At Midnight and Baby Please Come Home are my favorites from the Liquid Sand, I also love Wonderous Star, it's an unique shade. The glitter I Snow You Love Me, has a very thick consistency but I think that makes it versatile because you can place the glitter wherever you like.
