I have for you this Special Effect top coat from Sephora X collection. This is a clear base full of black and white glitter in different shapes and sizes.
This is just one coat over My Boyfriend Scales Walls from OPI.
I really liked this top coat, the formula was very easy to work with and I didn't have any problems placing the glitters on the nails.
