This is Ice Princess from Neener Neener Nails, an indie brand from Etsy.
Ice Princess is a light mint green cream/jelly base with rainbow turquoise glitter and holo stars.
The formula on this one was pretty good, I would recommend to wait at least two minutes between coats.
I applied two easy coats.
Neener Neener Nails can be purchased at their ETSY store, they retail for $8.50
Neener Neener polishes are made with a suspension base and are 3 free, 2 stainless steel balls have been added for mixing.
