This is the collection I was most excited about. I love KBShimmer polishes, Christy knows how to put together all the ingredients to create the most beautiful polishes.
This Winter Collection consists of nine colors that reflect the season.
I used base coat and top coat in all my swatches below.
Snow Way!
A sky blue base with white glitters and tiny iridescent glitters.
I applied three thin coats.
Hex Appeal
A navy jelly base with magenta, silver and blue hex glitters and tiny micro bar glitters. This is three coats.
Sugar Plum Faerie
A soft plum violet jelly with berry colored holographic glitters in different sizes, a scattering on purple glitters along with lime holo glitters. I applied three coats.
All Decked Out
A forest green base loaded with a mix of colored hexes in various sizes, gold holo hexes and a scattering of gold holo stars. Definitely the best way to represent a Christmas Tree. I applied three easy coats.
Berry Christmas
A cranberry red polish loaded with micro red glitters in several shades, berry pink glitters and purple glitters offer depth and sparkle, and a hint of gold. This is two coats.
A chocolate brown polish loaded with berry colored glitters in several shades of pink. Micro gold adds a hint of shimmer and shine. I applied two coats.
The next three polishes are top coats, I decided to swatch these over black and white to help you visualize the look over a dark and light shade.
Candy Cane Crush
This top coat is loaded with red and white hex glitters in many different sizes. This polish is scented with peppermint and vanilla, for a sweet mint scent. I'm in love with this top coat what you see in the picture is only one coat. This smells Delicious!!
We Three Blings
This gold top coat adds the perfect shimmer to any polish. It has micro iridescent gold and faux gold flakes, also has several sizes of gold holo glitter. One coat over black and white.
Wrappers Delight
This polish screams Christmas!! Inspired by wrapping paper, rolls of ribbons and tons of tissue that surround gifts, this polish is ideal to layer over your favorite holiday cream. Red, gold and green glitters in a ton of different sizes pack this polish. This polish will be sold of $10 a bottle, with $5 from each going towards Toys for Tots. This is a great cause to support this Christmas!
All I have to say about these polishes is that they are AMAZING!
I'm in love with these polishes, to me, this is the best Christmas collection I've seen this year.
I don't have a favorite, I like them all!
Even when I applied three coats in some of the polishes, the application was great, the glitters were very easy to spread. The pigmentation was excellent.
I highly recommend KBShimmer polishes, they can be found at http://www.kbshimmer.com/, this collection will be available on November 15 and they will cost $8.75 per bottle except for Wrappers Delight, that will be sold for $10 a bottle, with $5 from each going towards Toys for Tots.
(All polishes in the holiday collection will include a new, flat style brush. The amount of the bristles are the same, they are just flat instead of round. This is not a "mop" style brush.)

ReplyDeleteHex Appeal and Sugar Plum Faerie are exactly what I look for--looks like jewels and stained glass and everything pretty! Cocoa Nut I love because it is unique.
