This is Forget You from Deborah Lippmann, a multi colored glitter floating in a black jelly base. This is the same kind of glitter you can find in Candy Shop, Let's Go Crazy and Happy Birthday. I applied two coats.
With matte top coat the multi colored glitters are still visible.
