The full images are big enough to cover the entire nail, (at least they cover mine, including my thumb)
Each plate has a backing to protect you from cutting yourself.
This is a perfect set for summer, the images are very cool.
These plates are working very well, the images came out neatly. I didn't have any problem transferring the images from the plates to the nails.
