China Glaze "Secret-Peri-Wink-Le" is a periwinkle blue creme, very smooth application.

Then I added 2 coats of CG "Rainstorm". It's a blue/periwinkle base with tiny blue glitter.
Konad M57/Special Polish Black. Accent with CG Gamer Glam.
